PURPOSE: A leakage prevention device of a piston pump for conveying sludge is provided to extend the service life of a packing by preventing abrasion due to the effluence in advance. CONSTITUTION: A leakage prevention device of a piston pump comprises a main body(100), a rotor(200), a driving shaft(300), a bush(800), a packing(81b), a chamber groove(24) and a return oil path(83). The main body is divided into a suction chamber(13) and a compression room(14) with a partition. One side of the rotor is inserted into the main body and adheres closely to the partition. The driving shaft is combined with in the rotor side by side with a shaft(17). The bush is inserted between the main body and the rotor. The packing comprises a packing groove(81a) of the strip-shaped formed in the circumference of the bush. The chamber groove temporarily saves the effluent which is flown out from the compression room. The return oil path returns the effluent put to the suction chamber from the chamber groove.
