<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system for surely increasing water temperature in a tank by reducing influence of water which is not sufficiently heated at the start of operation on the inside of the tank. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes a temperature measuring part measuring temperature of hot water heated with a heat exchanger, and a control part executing control changing flow rate with a pump based on hot water temperature in the temperature measuring part.
