<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein efficiency is not improved because in the past, a wing shape is fixed when workload is taken out using a windmill or a water wheel or thrust is provided using a screw or a propeller. <P>SOLUTION: In a propeller type, peripheral velocity is always calculated, thereby expandable, curvedly deformable, and elastically deformable wing surface material is used to change an angle of torsion of a wing, an angle of attack is equalized in the whole wing area to prevent stalling, and at the same time, the maximum angle of attack is provided. In a vertical axis type, energy taking out efficiency is improved by a technology to change the camber of the wing and a wing cross-sectional shape by the use of the expandable, curvedly deformable, and elastic wing surface material or wing end material in conjunction with a technology to change the angle of the wing on a rotating arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
