<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat pad constituted by arranging a foamed molding body such as a foamed polystyrene on the rear face of the same which does not generate foreign sound and which can be easily shaped, and method for molding the same. <P>SOLUTION: The seat pad 1 is comprised of a seat pad body 2, a foamed molding body 3 arranged on the rear face of the seat pad body 2, and a supporter material 5 covering the foamed molding body 3. The foamed molding body 3 is arranged in the rear face of the side port portion facing a hollow portion 4, and the bottom face of the formed molding body 3 is covered with the supporter material 5 consisting of nonwoven cloth or others.
