<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily distinguish an interlocking source or an interlocking destination from a display state. <P>SOLUTION: An interlocking source alarm output processing section 60 receives an failure detection signal from a sensor section 34 which detects a failure, outputs alarm sound indicating an interlocking source, performs interlocking source display indicating the interlocking source, and transmits an event signal indicating the failure to other alarms 10-2 to 10-5.
