<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of specific information such as recall information from the side of a manufacturer at low cost even without registering a purchaser of an electrical appliance as a user, and to avoid risk due to the use of a troubled electrical appliance. <P>SOLUTION: The radio terminal includes: a management device 12 which performs product management; a network device 16 connected to the management device 12 via a communication network 14; and a radio terminal 19 connected to the network device 16 by a radio line, and mounted on the electrical appliance 18. A terminal ID of the electrical appliance 18 is registered in the network device 16 from the management device 12 when a recall occurs. The terminal ID is transmitted to the network device 16 to make an authentication request while the radio terminal 19 mounted on the electrical appliance 18 performs communication control for establishing a data link with the network device 16. When this authentication is unsuccessful, non-recall is decided, and when the authentication result is successful, a recall is decided by the radio terminal 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
