<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production schedule planning system, a production schedule planning method and a production schedule planning program for efficiently planning a production schedule in accordance with a production system. <P>SOLUTION: When an amount of change for the last week is within the range of an allowable value, a control part 21 of a production schedule planning system 20 uses a production system of production plan data calculated last week as a current production system of production plan data, and executes overtime work/holiday work adjustment simulation, and calculates a production schedule. When the amount of change for the last week is beyond the allowable value, the control part 21 selects a production system to be specified in variation width data with respect to a production system identifier of the last production plan data, and determines the current production system, and executes the overtime work/holiday work adjustment simulation processing, and calculates the production schedule.
