<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system management method for performing relative evaluation of every business classification. <P>SOLUTION: This service system management method is provided to relatively evaluate business classification about a plurality of business classifications to be executed for a problem generated in an object system as the object of a service, and configured to read an evaluation index for evaluating the operating circumstances of the object system and a workload required until the solution of a problem generated in the object system, and to calculate coefficients showing the level of influence on the evaluation index of each business classification based on the evaluation index and the workload calculated for every business classification, and to store the coefficients in a storage device, and to calculate and output the evaluation of the business classification based on the coefficients stored in the storage device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
