PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hard coat self-adhering label that adheres to an adhering object to become a medium with a protection function (hard coat layer), is easily stuck and fixed to the adhering object, is removed when desired, and is stuck (fixed) again, and also to provide the hard coat self-adhesion label, and a medium with a hard coat layer. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises: (1) a preparing process of a hard coat transfer foil 10 consisting of a transfer substrate 11, a mold releasing layer 13, and the hard coat layer 14; (2) a preparing process of the self-adhering label 20 consisting of a label substrate 21, an adhesive layer 29 having self-adherence and re-peeling property, and peeling paper 23; (3) a stacking process of stacking the hard coat layer 14 surface of the hard coat transfer foil 10 and the label substrate 21 surface of the self-adhering label 20; and (4) a peeling process of peeling the transfer substrate 11 and the mold releasing layer 13 from the stacked body 30.
