<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a failure when transferring a network device or the waste of resources. <P>SOLUTION: The network device is attachable and detachable to/from a data processor, connects the data processor and a network by being mounted on the data processor and is capable of executing an application instructing the execution of the function of the data processor.
