PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, capable of outputting an authentication print job a user desires to output by a simple operation.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a communication interface part which receives print data; a job data holding part which holds job data; an authentication unit; a user authentication part which outputs a user authentication result; a user authentication operation part which manages management data including the user and a content of authentication operation in user authentication associated with the user, makes reference in response to a request of inquiry for the management data, and outputs a result thereof; an execution processing determination part which refers to the user authentication operation management part for the content of authentication operation based on a determination result of the content of authentication operation in user authentication and determines processing to be executed by the job execution part based on its result; and a control part which instructs the job execution part to execute the processing based on the output of the execution processing determination part.
