PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device capable of reducing consumption power due to wiring resistance by reducing the wiring resistance of an upper transparent electrode. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device includes an organic light-emitting element having a lower reflecting electrode 4, hole transporting layer 7, white luminous layer 8, electron transporting layer 9, electron injecting layer 10, and upper transparent electrode 11 arranged on a metal substrate 2. The upper transparent electrode 11 is connected electrically to the metal substrate 2 through a connecting electrode 5 of a contact hole 12.
