PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire which is excellent in run-flat performance, high-speed straight traveling stability in a flat tire condition, steering stability on a dry road surface and a wet road surface, and the low fuel consumption. SOLUTION: In the run-flat tire, at least two crossing belt layers with a steel code being rubberized thereon and tread rubber are successively arranged, and a reinforcing rubber is arranged on an inner side part of a carcass. The steel cord has a single-strand structure consisting of 6-10 steel strands of the diameter of 0.10-0.20 mm, or a core-single layer sheath structure, the number of the steel cords is≥40/50 pieces/mm, the distance between the adjacent steel cords in the belt layer is≥0.3 mm, and the dynamic storage modulus E'(MPa) of the tread rubber at 30°C and tanδat 60°C satisfy the inequalities 5.0≤E' and 0.050≤tanδ≤0.240.
