<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in a conventional temperature control device wherein a heating capacity with respect to a temperature control object fluid is insufficient. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for precise temperature control has a proportional three-way valve 20 that, in order to control the temperature of the target fluid passing through the heater 14 in a heating flow passage and a cooler 16 in a cooling flow passage, feeds a part of high temperature first heat medium discharged from a compressor 18 to a heater 14, cools the remaining part of the high temperature first heat medium that is fed to a cooling flow passage, subjects it to adiabatic expansion, further cools it, and then supplies it to a cooler 16; a heat absorber 32 of a heat pump means, in which the first heat medium, which is passed through he heater 14, adiabatically expanded, and cooled, absorbs heat from the cooling water fed from the outside; an accumulator 36 that merges the first heat medium having passed through both the cooler 16 and the heat absorber 32 and refeeds the merged medium to the compressor 18; and a first control part 22a that controls the proportional three-way valve 20 to regulate the target fluid to a predetermined temperature by continuously changing the distribution ratio of the hot first heat medium distributed to the heating flow passage and the cooling flow passage.
