PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize such a structure that a transient characteristic is good when a torque transmission is started, an elastic member 26 hardly deteriorates, a dead zone is not generated even when the elastic member 26 is deteriorated, and part management and assembling operations are easy. SOLUTION: An elastic member 26 is arranged between drive and driven side projecting parts 22 and 25 of drive and driven side transmission members 18 and 19. The elastic member 26 is formed by connecting elastic deformation parts 27, 27 comprising a pair of compression deformation parts 29, 29 and a bent deformation part 30 by outside-diameter side connection parts 28, 28. When a torque is transmitted, the elastic member 26 is elastically deformed as shown in (B).
