PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably detect the existence of ferrite attached to an electric wire. SOLUTION: A guide 50 is provided to a base stand 10 so as to be capable of supporting the ferrite 60 at a prescribed set position 12. A magnet 20 is provided in a hole 22 formed in the base stand 10 so as to be movable between a near position and a distant position. When the magnet 20 is at the near position, a plurality of conductive contacts 30 are substantially linearly arranged at a spacing so as to be electrically connected in series via the magnet 20. A detection part 40 is provided, which is connected to the conductive contacts 30 provided at both the ends and detects whether or not the conductive contacts 30 are electrically connected via the magnet 20.
