Laminate (10) comprises: a barrier layer (24) as barrier against water vapor and gas; an outer layer (20) made from polyamide, arranged on one side of the barrier layer; a moisture absorbing absorber material (32) arranged on the second side of the barrier layer; and sealable inner layer (28) uncovering the absorber material, arranged on the second side of the barrier layer, where the laminate exhibits a given moisture ratio for preconditioning the absorber material. An independent claim is included for a procedure for adjusting the moisture ratio of a moisture absorbing material in the laminate available in the form of a band, comprising providing the laminate with water for the absorption of water in the outer layer made of polyamide.
