PURPOSE:To give correction to the nonlinear error by using the component which becomes 0 near the lower and upper limit value of the input signal plus the component which becomes 0 near the upper, lower and intermediate value of the input signal each for the correction signal of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:The term of (Vin-1/2) is obtained through the adder consisting of resistances R1 and R2, constant voltage source V1 and amplifier A1 each; the term of (Vin-1/2)<2> is obtained by analog multiplier M1; and the output Y2= Vin(Vin-1) is obtained through the adder of the next step respectively. Then Vin(Vin-1/2)(Vin-1) is obtained by multiplier M2 at part B, and Vo=Vin+ Vin(Vin-1)k+Vin(Vin-1/2)(Vin-1)m is obtained by the adder consisting of resistances R5, R6 and R7 plus operational amplifier A5. For the adjustment work, VR1 is turned to secure the deviation of 0 from the ideal curve of Vo with Vin= 1/2, and VR2 is set to obtain the deviation 0 of Vo with Vin=1/4 each. |
