Provided is a communication system capable of allocating resources for a CQI report in an uplink and reducing the overhead of the CQI relay transmission from relay station devices to a base station device.  To mobile station devices (501, 502) which transmit CQIs to a base station device (500) directly, resource blocks of base station device uplinks for transmitting each of the CQIs to the base station device are allocated.  To mobile station devices (511 to 513, 521 to 524) which transmit CQIs to the base station device via each relay station device (510, 520), resource blocks of relay station device uplinks for transmitting each of the CQIs to the relay station devices are allocated.  The resource blocks of the base station device uplinks for transmitting the CQIs received from the mobile station devices by each of the relay station devices to the base station device by relay are allocated according to the results of the allocation of the resource blocks of the relay station device uplinks of each of the relay station devices.
