PURPOSE:To make easier the mass-production of a cell of 1mm thick or less by connecting a conductor constituting a package and an insulating material through a metal plate formed by the insertional molding of a plastic material. CONSTITUTION:The outer frame 9 constituting a part of package is formed by the insertional molding of the core 8 formed of a weldable metal plate with a plastic material excellent in chemical resistance and gas permeability. And, the package can 10 serving as a negative electrode plate is pressed into the outer frame 9, and the can 10 is inserted with the negative electrode mixture 2 or the negative electrode part 12 and then injected with the electrolyte 3. Then, the separator 4 is placed on them, the pelletized positive electrode mixture 1 is inserted, and the sealing plate 11 serving as a positive electrode plate is covered and superposed on the upper face of the outer frame 9. Then, the junction between the core 8 and the sealing plate 11, which is exposed to the surface of the outer frame 9, is sealed by a resistance welding, laser welding method, etc. |
