PURPOSE:To improve a space factor in an armature groove and also to decrease a temperature rise on a motor by oscillating the armature at every half turns so as to allow a winding to fall onto a center line of the armature groove. CONSTITUTION:In case a flyer 2 is turned around an armature 1 to drop a winding 3 into an armature groove 5, the armature 1 is oscillated at every half turn so as to allow the winding 3 to fall onto the center of the armature. By constituting such, the winding 3 is piled up in sequence from the bottom of the armature groove 5 to improve a space factor, and thus a temperature rise on a motor can be decreased. |
