A green phosphor for a display device, a display device including the same, and associated methods, the green phosphor including Zn 2 SiO 4 :Mn coated with a B 2 O 3 coating material, the B 2 O 3 coating material being present in an amount of about 0.001 wt.% to about 3 wt.%, based on the total weight of Zn 2 SiO 4 :Mn.
