Carbon-enriched material

Use of a carbon-enriched paper (2) having a fiber containing base material and carbon as fillers for hydrocarbon adsorption in a ventilation channel (1) of an aeration equipment/air conditioner of a motor vehicle and/or in a wound filter, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) use of a carbon-enriched material for hydrocarbon adsorption comprising at least a base material made of plastic and carbon as an integrated filler, in at least a dashboard of a motor vehicle and/or an interior trim part of a motor vehicle, preferably a headliner; and (2) a suction tract of combustion motors, comprising the carbon enriched paper in an air-filter (7) and an air intake channel in a sink (3).
