<p>The wrapper has a hub (2) for receiving a stretch or pre- stretch film roller (3), and a bar constituting a lateral handle (4), where the handle is presented in a form of a constant section tube. The handle includes an intermediate part (40) that is straight and extended parallely to the hub. An extreme part (41) of the handle is curve, and connects the intermediate part to the hub. An extreme part (42) of the handle is free and curve, where the part (42) is curved towards the hub. The hub is equipped with a braking system controlling a rotation of the roller.</p> |
