A method, system and device for trigging switching are disclosed. The method for trigging switching includes the steps that: a Home NodeB (HNB) receives upstream physical information of a User Equipment (UE) sent by a wireless network control equipment of a neighborhood macro cell, wherein the UE is the contract UE of the HNB; a corresponding UE is searched according to the upstream physical information of the UE; and if the corresponding UE is found, a message for indicating switching is sent to the wireless network control equipment of the macro cell. According to the embodiments of the present invention, large numbers of UEs without the self-searching capability can perform the switch from the macro cell to the HNB cell.
