PURPOSE: A soundproof wall with an anti-fouling coating layer and a sound absorbing layer is provided to prevent the color from being faded out and to extend the service life. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall comprises a hollow panel(101), a sound absorbing part(102) and an anti-fouling coating layer(102b). The hollow panel is made of one of concrete, metal, timber or a plastic material. The hollow panel has a plurality of hollows(101a). The sound absorbing part and the anti-fouling coating layer are made by coating polymer water-soluble resilient rubber paint on the hollow panel.
