<p>A method for repairing the polar terminal of a lead-acid battery, wherein, the defectives, caused by the acid- erosion from the electrolyte or caused by fusion temperature fall during processing, are restored by a repair plating method in which the polar terminal of the defective battery is connected to a terminal of a brush electroplating apparatus. This method can resolve the problem that the whole battery body has to be discarded because of its partly improper processing. Besides saving the repairing time and cost, this method can repair the defectives by an environment-friendly way, and it also can meet the requirements established for the originally parts or components. Furthermore, according to the materials to be plated, the metal surface of a polar terminal can be obtained with good appearance and acid resistance.</p> |
