ANTIBODY AGAINST CALCIFIED GLOBULE AND USE OF THE SAME

摘要

A specific antibody is obtained by immunizing calcified globules originating in kidney/urinary tract calculi or an arteriosclerosis focus (plaque) originating in the carotid artery and then screening for calcified globules (NLO). It is shown that the above antibody specifically reacts with an arteriosclerosis (calcified lesion) site and fluorescent labeled products of the antibody enable the visualization of an arteriosclerosis focus (in particular, a calcified lesion).
