<p>A ship thruster (1) equipped with a duct is provided with a strut (3) extending downward from the bottom (2) of a ship, a pod (4) connected to the lower part of the strut (3) and extending rearward, a propeller (5) connected to the rear part of the pod (4) and generating a water flow, and the duct (6) mounted behind the strut (3) so as to surround the propeller (5). A largest diameter section (4a) of the pod (4) is located at a position corresponding to the front end (6b) of the duct with respect to the front-rear direction.</p> |
