A mixing device for mixing (10) adhesives containing at least two components comprises a conveying plate (12) having first and second grooved surfaces each overlaid by a respective cover plate (20, 22). The conveying plate and the opposed cover plates cooperate to define a plurality of separated channels (30, 32) extending through the mixing device. The discharge ends (3OD, 32D) of the channels are interdigitated. First and a second distribution manifolds (40, 42) are defined within the mixing device. A supply port (20S) adapted to receive one adhesive component extends through a respective cover plate (20) into fluid communication with one of the distribution manifolds (40).
