PURPOSE:To increase the primary resonance frequency of a speaker and to expand frequency range, by using an isotropic diaphragm reinforced lengthwise a voice coil for a plane diaphragm driven with a rectangular voice coil. CONSTITUTION:A top plate 22 is provided at an upper part of a flat square magnet 21, and an external plate 24 and a yoke 23 are provided at a lower part, for a plurality of magnetic circuit assemblies 20 having parallel magnetic gaps 25, 25. The gaps 25, 25 are arranged toward (y) direction in matrix, a voice coil 26 is inserted one by one bridged over a magnetic gap formed with one row of the assemblies 20, 20, 20 arranged toward the (y) direction, and they are connected with a lead 29. A flat diaphragm 30 of square shape made of an isotripic flat diaphragm material showing a high bending rigidity only longitudinally is bonded with the coil 26 and the plate 30 is supported with a frame 32 by a damper 31. |
