<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a receiving device which is hardly affected by manufacturing variation in a circuit or by environment by using a digital signal processing for decision of a correction amount of reference voltage. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The receiving device is provided with a first amplifier amplifying input differential data and outputting output differential data, a clock generating part generating a differential clock corresponding to a period of the output differential data based on a first positive phase component and a first opposite phase component of the output differential data, a judging part outputting a first logical value or a second logical value as a judging signal in accordance with advance or delay of a phase of a cross point of the first positive phase component and the first opposite phase component with respect to a rise or fall of the differential clock, a detecting part outputting a differential value between time when a value of the judging signal is the first logical value and time when it is the second logical value as a detecting signal and a correcting part correcting reference voltage of a second positive phase component and a second opposite phase component of the input differential data in accordance with the detecting signal.</p> |
