<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the management of the whole and individual classes of raw materials, by standing marks for measuring lengths adjacent to the individual classes in a yard for raw materials in an iron foundary wherein various classes of raw materials are heaped, and monitoring the inventory using a main monitoring television camera and a sub-monitoring television camera. CONSTITUTION:By a main monitoring television camera 24, the whole image of a raw material yard 10 is displayed on a television set so that the arrangement of classes A-G and spaces in the raw material yard can be grasped. By a sub- monitoring television camera 26, the classes A-G as well as the marks 20 each are displayed on respective television sets so that sizes of the heaps of the raw materials are measured by the marks 20, and the inventory of the classes A-G is assessed. According to this arrangement, the management of inventory and the grasping of the whole of the raw material yard can be done in a simple manner.</p> |
