The outer zone has another orifice (12) spaced apart from the component (4) and is supplied with neutral gaseous fluid (G2), and has a third orifice (14) provided between the orifices (10, 12). The plate (3) has another outer zone (17) surrounding the component (5). The plates manage a flat chamber (18) surrounding the components, when the components are in contact with each other.</p> |
