<p>The device e.g. anti-tachycardia heart stimulator (10), has a tachycardia registration unit detecting a tachycardia of an atrium or a chamber of a heart (12), and recording characteristics of the tachycardia. A stimulation unit delivers a therapy sequence to the heart. A control unit controls the stimulation unit to deliver the sequence after detection of the tachycardia. The control unit revises an order of anti-tachycardia therapies within the sequence based on when each therapy within the sequence is resulted in termination of the tachycardia in comparison with the other therapies.</p> |
