A POLYGLYCOL MODIFIED CHITOSAN OLIGOSACCHARIDE FATTY ACID GRAFT, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND USE OF THE SAME

A polyglycol modified chitosan oligosaccharide fatty acid graft having structural units of the formula (i) and structural units of formula (ii) and preparation method thereof are provided, wherein the molecular weight of the chitosan oligosaccharide is less than 200,000, deacetylation degree is 70-100%, and a part of the free aminos on the chitosan oligosaccharide chains are substituted by fatty acid or polyglycol, n is polymerization degree of the polyglycol, R is an alkyl having 11~21 carbon atoms, the graft ratio of fatty acid is 1~50%, and the graft ratio of polyglycol is 0.05~50%. Furthermore, a medicine composition containing the polyglycol modified chitosan oligosaccharide fatty acid graft as carrier, and use of the polyglycol modified chitosan oligosaccharide fatty acid graft in making medicine compositions are provided.
