摘要 Disclosed is a method for producing a highly pure sphingomyelin and a highly pure plasmalogen-type glycerophospholipid from a biological material in high yields by simple manipulations. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing highly pure phospholipids, which comprises the following steps (A) to (E): (A) subjecting a dried total lipid content extracted from a biological material to an extraction treatment with a specific mixed solvent to separate the dried total lipid content into an insoluble fraction and a soluble fraction; (B) washing the insoluble fraction obtained in the step (A) with a specific mixed solvent to produce a crude sphingomyelin; (C) washing the soluble fraction obtained in the step (A) with a water-soluble ketone solvent to produce a crude plasmalogen-type glycerophospholipid; (D) reacting the crude sphingomyelin obtained in the step (B) with an enzyme to produce a sphingomyelin having a purity of 90% or higher; and (E) reacting the crude plasmalogen-type glycerophospholipid obtained in the step (C) with an enzyme to produce a plasmalogen-type glycerophospholipid having a purity of 40% or higher.
