PURPOSE:To open and shut a nozzle automatically by a method wherein a shutoff pin is packaged in the nozzle, projected and energized by a spring, retreated by the injecting pressure of resin to open the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A die is set on the tip of each nozzle 2, each nozzle hole 4 is connected to each injecting hole of the die and a screw 10 is rotated. Thereupon, resin is supplied into each resin passage 12 and reaches the inside of the nozzle 2. A shutoff pin 3 receives an injecting pressure on its pressure surface 7, is retreated against the elastic force of a spring 6 to open the nozzle hole 4 and resin is injected into the die through the nozzle hole 4. When the screw 10 is stopped after resin is injected, the injecting pressure does not act on the pressure surface 7, the shutoff pin 3 goes forth and a plug 5 is inserted into the nozzle hole 4 so that the nozzle hole 4 is blocked. |
