The invention relates to a sports device (1), comprising a preferably disk-shaped base plate (2) and a preferably disk-shaped rotating plate (3), which can be detachably connected to the base plate (2). In the connected state, the rotating plate (3) can be rotated about a rotational axis (4) extending substantially normal to the base plate (2). On a second rotating plate side (5) - facing the first base plate side (7) - at least two - spaced from the rotational axis (4) - support bearings (6) supporting the rotatability of the rotating plate (3) are provided on the base plate (2) for supporting the rotating plate (3), and on a second base plate side (8) opposite the first base plate side (7) rocking skids (9) are arranged in order to effect a rocking motion of the base plate (2). In order to simplify the design, particularly for reducing the number of individual components, and in order to simplify handling while maintaining full functionality of the sports device (1), the invention provides that the first base plate side (7) be provided with a cylindrical extension (10) running through the rotational axis (4) and that the cylindrical extension (10) comprise at the face thereof a convex, particularly rotationally symmetrical rolling surface (11). A receptacle (12) for the cylindrical extension (10) is provided on the second rotating plate side (5), wherein the cylindrical extension (10) and the receptacle (12) are operatively connected in the connected state of the base plate (2) and the rotating plate (3). |
