Low temperature power plant and method for operating a thermodynamic cycle

The machine has an organic Rankine cycle (20) comprising an expansion machine and a heat exchanger (24) for feeding heat flow from a low temperature mass flow (1) into the cycle. A thermal transformer (21) is in heat flow connection with the cycle at a cold side (23) of the transformer, which is downstream to the expansion machine. The thermal transformer stays in a heat connection with the low temperature mass flow or the cycle at a hot side (22) of the transformer. Another organic Rankine cycle is arranged sequentially to the organic Rankine cycle (20). An independent claim is also included for a method for operating of a thermodynamic loop in a low temperature power plant.
