<p>The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, system and server for issuing directory tree data, and discloses a client concerned. The method includes: the directory tree server prestores status IDs of data blocks which are acquired by splitting directory tree data according to a negotiated protocol, and generates and stores validity IDs of said data blocks according to said protocol. The client generates the status ID and validity ID of a data block which is requested to download, and sends them to the directory tree server. When receiving the status ID and validity ID reported by the client, the directory tree server searches the validity ID of the data block with the status ID on the side of the directory tree server. If the validity ID on the side of the directory tree server is the same as reported by the client, a message for a successful match of the data block with the status ID is issued from the directory tree server to the client, otherwise a message for a failed match of the data block with the status ID and the data block with the status ID on the side of the directory tree server will be issued from the directory tree server to the client. Applying the invention the downlink flow of the directory server is reduced.</p> |
