A method of generating connection statistics for each user connected to a website comprises the steps of: (a) reading an inherent ID from a user data file of xml (extensible markup language) format which can be used in a user's terminal based on user data behavior when the user's terminal is connected to the website; (b) updating connection history of the user's terminal based on the read inherent ID and storing the updated connection history in a DB for connection statistics when the user's terminal has the inherent ID read in step (a) and the connection history is stored in the DB before the updating; and (c) generating a new inherent ID corresponding to the user's terminal if the inherent ID is not read in step (a) or the connection history of the user's terminal having the read inherent ID is not stored in the DB, then generating and storing, in the user's terminal, a user data file into which the newly-generated inherent ID is inserted, then storing the connection history of the user's terminal in the DB based on the newly-generated inherent ID.
