Provided is a display panel loader including a plate-shaped display panel and a display panel supporting member. By this display panel loader, the display panel, which has deformation restoration but insufficient deformability so that the display panel can hardly cause locally strong deformation, can be mounted in and demounted from the display panel supporting member. On the display panel loading portion of the display panel supporting member, there are properly arranged display panel inserting mouths, display panel sliding grooves, display panel fitting corrugations, and rising portions to be followed by the display panel curved. At the time of inserting and extracting the display panel into and from the display panel loading portion, different forces in the direction from the display face to the back or from the back to the display face are applied to the two sides and the center of the display panel, so that the display panel is so deformed as is bulged or recessed to or from the display face side. Thus, the display panel can be removably mounted in the display panel supporting member without causing any serious local deformation therein.
