PURPOSE:To maintain high purity working oil while preventing the occurrence of cavitation by supplying pressurized gas from a prepressurizing mechanism to keep normally the gas pressure in a reservoir tank at least under the atmospheric pressure and supply it to a vibration preventing apparatus body. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 3 moves relative to a cylinder 2 in a vibration preventing apparatus body 1, the volumetric change of working oil is caused by a piston rod 3a to move vertically the liquid level in a reservoir tank 22. On the other hand, since dry air having normally at least the atmospheric pressure is supplied to said tank 22 by a prepressurizing mechanism 30, prepressure is also applied to the cylinder 2 to prevent the interiors of said tank 22 and a cylinder oil chamber 4 from suction of the atmospheric air so that moisture, fine dust, active gas, etc. are not mixed, the purity of the working oil can be maintained high and cavitation can be prevented from occurrence to improve vibration responsive performance. |
