PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of construction work as well as to increase the bearing force of the foundation by a method in which a vertical hole is excavated by an auger, the triangular space of the bottom is refilled with soil, a cylindrical foundation material is buried in the hole, and a strut is erected in and fixed to the foundatiin material. CONSTITUTION:A vertical hole is excavated in the ground by an auger 2m, triangular conical space 3 formed on the bottom of the hole is embedded with soil, and a cylindrical foundation block 1 is penetrated into the hole 3. A pillar 4 is erected into the hole of the block 1, and cement mortar 5 is packed into the space around the pillar 4. Since the foundation block 1 is of a cylindrical from, the amount of the material to be used can be more reduced than in the case with the conventional angular ones, resistance to side pressures can be kept constant, and the bearing force of the foundation can therefore be increased. |
