The method involves containing plastic side chains on an initiator component. The initiator component is subjected to polymerization process by actinic rays. Unsaturated ethylene compound is provided in alkyl group. A monomer type element is provided in the ethylene compound. Ethyl cellulose and acetate cellulose are formed in the side chains. An unsaturated alkali metal layer and an ammonium layer are provided in the side chains. The ethyl cellulose is formed in carboxylic acid groups and hydroxyl groups. A photo colorless filler is provided in a photopolymerizable element. An independent claim is also included for a photopolymerizable element comprising an unsaturated layer filled with aqueous ammonia solution.
