PURPOSE: An apparatus for extracting biochemical material from biological sample is provided to wash and isolate the biochemical material at the same time and prevent cross contamination during extraction. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for extracting biochemical material from a biological sample comprises: a column plate(300) having plural columns(310) for loading the biological sample and a filter(312) placed inside the column; plural tubes(210) which is detachably coupled with the column plate and corresponds to the column of the column plate; plural tube plates(200) for storing liquid containing the biochemical material by vacuum pressure; and a reserver containing washing solution from the biological sample. A cover slip(400) made of flexible material is detachably coupled the column and opens the column.
