PURPOSE: High glossy drop curtain fabric for solvent ink including a woven material substrate sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer good tensile strength or splitting resistance with good visibility. CONSTITUTION: High glossy drop curtain fabric for solvent ink includes an adhesive layer(20) formed on a side or either side of a woven material substrate sheet(10), and an ink absorbing layer(30). The adhesive layer comprises water of 20-40 weight%, an aqueous adhesive of 40~70 weight%, titanium dioxide of 4-20 weight%, silica of 2-10 weight%, and a whitening agent of 0.01-5 weight%. The aqueous agent is formed by mixing one or more selected from aqueous polyester resin, aqueous polyurethane resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, aqueous acrylic resin and polyvinyl alcohol resin. The ink absorbing layer is formed by mixing one or more selected from polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, and polyester resin. |
