PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to remove sludge from the inside of a heat exchanging pipe by rotating a sludge cleaner inside the heat exchanging pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a main body(10), a first partition board(20), a second partition board(30), a plurality of heat exchanging pipe(40), an cold water inlet(50), a cold water outlet(60), a sludge cleaner(80) and a motor(90). A gas inlet and a gas outlet are formed in the main body. The first partition board forms a first space part(21) accepting a waste gas flowing in through the gas inlet. The second partition board forms a second space part(31) accepting the waste gas exhausted through the gas outlet. The heat exchanging pipe interlinks the first space part and the second space part in order to form a flow path of the waste gas. The sludge cleaner is inserted and rotated in one of the plural heat exchanging pipes. A rotary shaft(81) projected from the main body and a rotating member(82) expanded in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchanging pipe are included in the sludge cleaner. The motor rotates the rotary shaft of the sludge cleaner. |
