PURPOSE: A length measuring probe pen is provided to easily measure the length of straight line, curve line and irregular trace and enable a general person to easily use. CONSTITUTION: A length measuring probe pen(1) comprises a tip part(2), a lighting-emitting part, an image sensor part, a main controller, a point assigning part(20) and a track length measuring part. The probe pen more comprises a reference length assigning part(22) and a display part(5). The lighting-emitting part is formed inside the pen tip part and emits the light on the surface of an object. The image sensor part is formed inside the pen tip part and senses the image reflected from the objects. The main controller contrasts the image detected by the image sensor part. The main controller obtains the coordinates of points. The point assigning part assigns the location of specific points. The track length measuring part computes the distance between adjacent points.
